परिवर्तन वा बिकास जे भनौ , हाम्रो नेत्रित्तो र सरकारी संयन्त्रले तत्काल गर्न सक्ने कुराहरु

हामी अक्सर ठुला ठुला भाषण र मुद्धा हरुमै अल्मलिछौ। बिगत २० वर्ष मा मैले  अमेरिका र  भारत  मा कामको सिलसिला मा बस्ता र एउटा सचेत नागरिक को हिसाबले हेर्दा, हाम्रो सरकारी नेत्रित्तो ले निम्न कामहरु गर्न सक्छन ( अब आउने सरकारले ) र विकास र समवृद्धि  को रफ्तार लिने आधार खडा गर्न सक्छ भन्ने निचोडमा पुगेको छु।  


 यो सुची म बिस्तारै  वडाउदै र परिमार्जन गर्दै लाने छु।  


  • हुलाक लाई पुनर्जीव दिने र डाक तथा logistic sewa को विश्वासीलो सेवा बनाउने 
  • Area Pin Code र घर पहिचान को लागी Geoinformatic system तत्काल लागु गर्ने 
  • Date लाई Universal बनाउनको लागी र efficiency को लागी , AD Date प्रणाली लागु गर्ने र हाम्रो रिती रिवाज कर्म काण्ड मा पुरानो हाम्रै मौलिक बि. स. प्रणाली लाई निरन्तरता दिने 
  • बाटो-घाटो बनाउदा Beutification, Community र ब्यक्ति हरुलाई पर्नसक्ने आसजिलो लाई उतिकै महत्तो संग लिने। 
  • City र Urban क्षेत्र मा घर आगडी को Finishing (बाटो को Curb संग जोडिएको भाग) लाई uniform कोड बनाउने 
  • International IT companies (मुख्यत Google, Facebook , Apple , Airbnb , Paypal संग negotiate गरी तत्काल उनीहरुको office नेपाल मा खोल्ने वातावरण बनाउने।  Policy बनाउदा हाम्रो F oriegn Currency Reserve लाई मद्दत हुने गरी Incoming Channel बनाउने।  Tourism हाम्रो एउटा आधार हो भने यो काम गर्न अतिनै अनिवार्य छ।
  • University Grant Commission (UGC ) लाई institutional empowerment गर्ने। 
  • UGC मार्फत Educational Reforms गर्ने ( Autonomous HEI -Higher Educational Institute बनाउने )
  • Competency Based education को थालनी गर्ने 
  • Transport Department  / मालपोत को काम कारबाई मा आमुल परिवर्तन गर्ने
