Business-Startup आजकल धेरैनै चलेको शव्दावली हो। Start-up businesses ले संसारका धेरै ठाउँ र व्यक्ति हरुलाई आर्थिक रुपमा कहाँ बाट कहाँ पुराईदिएको छ।  Facebook , Elon Musk का कम्पनी हरु र संसारका लाखौ अरु धेरै start-up हरुछन् जसले Technology र आर्थिक गतिविधि मार्फत  आमुल परिवर्तन  ल्याउन सफल भएका छन्।     तर business-startup को अर्को कटु सत्य के पनिहोभने , ४ मा ३ यस्ता businesses असफल हुन्छन।  यो अनुसन्धान बाट प्राप्त आंकडा हो।  अधिकांश startup युवा हरुले शुरु गर्छन ।  युवा मा energy हुन्छ ,  नया idea हुन्छ ,  युवाहरु creative हुन्छन। तर पनी किन ७५% startup fail हुन्छन त भनेर केलाउदा के देखिन्छ भने , युवा मा भएको अनुभव को आभव ले गर्दा , energy , creativity , र इच्छाशक्ति हुदा हुदै पनी असफल  हुदारहेछन ।  तर युवा द्वारा संचालित सफल startup हरुलाई  लाई केलाएर हेर्दा  के पाईन्छ भने, यस्ता startup को सुरुवाती दिनहरु बाटै अनुभवी-पाको manager राखेको हुने रहेछ।  निष्कर्समा  भन्नुपर्दा, युवाको जोस जागर , इच्छा शक्ति र नयापन संग पुरानो अनुभव मिसाउद नै  सफतलाको सुत्र बन्ने रहेछ ।   हामीले राजनीतिमा

  मेरो आफ्नै काम को अनुभव र विभिन्न सैद्धान्तिक अध्ययन को आधारबाट प्राप्त निष्कर्ष अनुसार यी दुइ तरिका सुझाउदैछु। १. आफ्नो क्षेत्र र Constituency को परिआउने टुक्रे, साना ठुला काम पुरा मन लगाएर गर्नुहोला। भेटघाट, सर-सहयोग , भनिदिने-सुनिदिने , बिकास का कुराहरु आदी इत्यादी। यी-यस्ता कामहरुले तपाइलाई जनता संग र constituency संग जोड्छ र तपाइको सम्बन्ध प्रगाड हुन्छ । यी एकदमै महत्वपुर्ण कुराहरु हुन्। २. तर माथिको भन्दा महत्वपुर्ण कुरा भनेको , तपाइले आफुलाई यो प्रश्न गर्नुहोस: What does it mean to me to become people's representative? म किन जन प्रतिनिधी हुने ? यसले मेरो जीवन मा के माने राख्छ ? धेरै काम गर्ने उदेश्य हुनु राम्रो हो। प्राय धेरै कुरामा हात हाल्दा मान्छे अलमलिन्छ। तर थोरै काम लाई निचोड मा पुग्ने गरी गर्नु चाई उत्तम हो। क) तपाई को क्षेत्र का कुनै ५ समस्या लाई पहिचान गर्नुहोस जुन तपाइको राजनैतिक मुद्दा संग मेल खान्छ। यीनै ५ वटा समस्या-मुद्दा लाई तपाइको कार्यकाल को लक्ष्य बनाउनुहोस। ख ) राष्ट्रिय/प्रदेश तहमा कुनै ५ वटा मुद्दा-समस्या लाई पहीचान गरी तिनै मुद्दा मा दुर

  Thought #1 रास्ट्रपति को बन्ने ? विभिन्न मुलुकको इतिहास सर-सर्ती केलाएर हेर्दा के देखिन्छ भने जुन-जुन मुलुकमा राष्ट्रिय एकता को रुपमा कुनै संस्था वा प्रतिक (जस्तो राष्ट्रिय झन्डा , राष्ट्रिय गान इत्यादी ) बलियो बनेको छ , तिनै मुलुक विकास मा अगाडी छन्। उदाहरण को लागी , अमेरिका मा राष्ट्रिय झण्डा र राष्ट्रिय गान ले राष्ट्रिय एकता को प्रतिक को भूमिका खेल्छ ; वेलायत मा राजसंस्था; भारत मा राष्ट्रिय गान)। नेपालमा तत्कालिन प्रचलित संस्था को बिलयपछी, हाम्रा नयाँ Democratic Institutions हरुले आम नेपाली एकता को प्रतिक को भूमिका खेल्न चुकेको पाइन्छ। हो समय लाग्छ। एक रातमै हुने कुरा होइन, तरपनि त्यस दिशा तर्फ़ हामी लग्नु पर्छ। राष्ट्रपति वा हाम्रो झन्डा (अरु कुनै संस्था वा कुराको संभावना हुन पनी सक्छ) राष्ट्रिय एकताको प्रतिक हुन सक्ने सम्भावना छ। रास्ट्रपति प्रणालीको को Instiutionaliztion तर्फ हामीले ध्यान दिनु पर्यो । को ब्यक्ति लाई निर्वाचित गर्ने भन्ने कुरामा मात्र सिमित हुनु भएन।

Many adults (parents) feel that they are not able to deal with their children. You feel that your children do not understand you, or your children are too difficult to deal with.        Here, I am giving you five tips that I want you to try with your child.     Come down to the level of your children. Try to see things and situation from your child's age and their intellectual level. Try  to  validate  children's feelings. Do not always question and reject  your  child's  feelings . Look, whatever they are going through or their situation,  it is  real for  them. Their  feelings are real. Try to  validate  their feelings and emotions.
